- Motion:
- Begin with bent "B" hands in front of your body at shoulder level, fingertips pointing to each other. Raise hands to about eye level or a little above.

- Hold open "5" hands with palms upward in front of body. Raise your hands upward in a natural lifting gesture (See Variation 1).
- Definition:
- To exalt someone is to say that they are better or superior to oneself.
