- Synonyms:
- Prophesy, Foretell, Predict, Prediction
- Hand Shape:
- "V" for dominant hand and open "B" for non-dominant hand.
- Motion:
- Hold non-dominant open "B" hand in front of you so that the palm is facing down and thumb side of hand is toward you. Begin motion of dominant "V" hand in front of your eyes with fingers pointing forward and palm down (similar to "look"). Move "V" hand forward under stationary hand. After "V" hand has passed under stationary hand, pivot it up so that fingers point slightly upward.
- Note(s):

- Variations:

variation 1

variation 2
- Motion is the same as above, except fingers of dominant hand are pointing upward throughout the sign (similar to "see"). See Variation 1. Another variation has the same motion as above, but dominant hand begins with fingers pointing toward the eyes, and then pivots so as to finish in the same position as the above sign (See Variation 2).
- Definition:
- The most common meaning of the word "prophecy" is a revelation, usually received through a vision or dream, or delivered directly to a prophet by an angel or spoken to a prophet by God. A prophecy often tells what will happen in the future, or reveals the will of God.
