More than five years ago, I started dressing up as a clown so I could entertain people. The thing that I like to do the most is make balloons look like animals, flowers and other interesting things. I have made balloon creations for many people, including deaf campers at Bible Camp for the Deaf in Nebraska.
When I make a balloon flower or animal for someone, I know that it will only give them happiness for a short time. The balloon will soon break or lose its air. So what I really enjoy doing is using balloons to teach people about the Bible.
Many times the Bible tells us to look at the things God created. Psalm 42:1-2 and Luke 12:24-27 are examples of this. We can learn about trusting and following God by looking at the things He has made.
For several days I will be sharing with you some of the things I teach when I give a lesson with balloons. I hope these devotions will encourage you to look at God’s creation today and every day.
