Bells (8)

Today is the last day we will talk about bells. Our Bible Reading does not mention bells, but it does tell us about the birth of Jesus. People around the world celebrate Jesus’ birth in many different ways. In America, bells are often used in our celebrations.
At Christmastime, people sometimes hang bells in their homes or make bell-shaped cookies. We often see bells on greeting cards or wrapping paper. One of my favorite things is when people use bells to play Christmas songs.
I am so thankful that God sent Jesus to earth. It is important that we remember why Jesus came to live on earth. He came so that He could live as a man and then die as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. Because of Jesus’ death and resurrection, we have the promise of eternal life with Him.
I am so thankful that God loves me and wants me to be with Him forever. I want to praise and thank Him throughout the whole year!
