Bible Mysteries (5)

Most of you who are reading this devotion right now are Gentiles (non-Jews). I am also a Gentile. Today we will look at a Bible mystery about us. This mystery was not revealed plainly before Jesus came to earth. But now “through the Spirit, God has made it known to his holy apostles and prophets” (verse 5b).
This mystery is that both Gentiles and Jews have the same promises and blessings. We can share together in God’s church. And God does not make a difference between Jews and Gentiles. We are “all the same in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:28).
God has given both Jews and Gentiles one Savior, Jesus Christ. He is the only way to God (John 14:6). And only Jesus’ name can save us (Acts 4:12). When the Jews finally learned about this mystery, they praised God and shared the Good News about Jesus with other people.
Praise God and share His message with someone today.
