Don’t Doubt God

If you watch the ocean, you will see waves. Some waves are big and some are small. But all waves go up and down, up and down.
In our Bible Reading today, James talks about waves. In verse 6, he says, “But when you ask God, you must believe. Don’t doubt him. Whoever doubts is like a wave in the sea that is blown up and down by the wind.” Our faith should not be like waves. We should not have a strong faith one day and doubt God the next day. Our faith should be strong and steady all the time. Then when we see God working in our lives, our faith will grow.
We will face problems in our lives. Some problems will be big, and others will be small. But we should always turn to God for help and have faith that God will do what is best for us.
Don’t doubt God today. Stay close to Him, and stand strong.
