God, My Strength

Sometimes I forget that God should be in control of my life. Instead of trusting Him, I depend on my own strength. I become proud, and I stop relying on God. I think that I can handle all my problems by myself. But soon I make mistakes and realize that I need God to be in control of my life.
The writer of Psalm 73 knew that God was his true strength. He told God (verses 23-26), “But I am always with you. You hold my hand. You lead me and give me good advice, and later you will lead me to glory. In heaven, God, I have only you. And if I am with you, what on earth could I want?”
Probably you will have to make some important decisions today. And you may need to solve some problems. Will you depend on your own skill and knowledge? Or will you depend on God, Who is powerful and strong?
Don’t forget to trust God for help and answers today.
