Show God’s Love

I have worked at three Christian childcare centers. One thing I have found is that all pre-school children have times of bad behavior. This makes it difficult for staff members and parents. With discipline and patience, they try to change a child’s bad behavior into good actions.
As Christians, we are God’s children. Sometimes we, too, have bad behavior. We may be selfish or rude or proud or get angry easily. We must rely on the Holy Spirit to help us change our behavior so we can show God’s love to others.
Verses 4 and 5 of our Bible Reading show us how we should act as God’s children. “Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous, it does not brag, and it is not proud. Love is not rude, it is not selfish, and it cannot be made angry easily. Love does not remember wrongs done against it.”
Depend on the Holy Spirit to help you share God’s love with people today.
