What Shall I Do?

In our Bible Reading today, Paul tells about the time Jesus appeared to Him. Paul had been doing bad things to Christians. He was going to the city of Damascus to find Christians and put them in jail. Jesus spoke to Paul. In verse 10a, Paul said, “What shall I do, Lord?” Jesus told Paul to go into the city. God sent Paul to a man named Ananias. Ananias baptized Paul, and Paul stayed with Christians in Damascus for several days.
I think it is interesting that Paul asked Jesus what he should do. When we decide to follow Jesus, we should ask the same question. The Bible tells us that we need to tell other people that Jesus died for them and encourage them to accept Jesus as their Savior.
God wants you to serve Him. He may want you to serve Him as a missionary, preacher or teacher. Or God may want you to witness to the people you see every day. You should be willing to do what God wants you to do.
