One of the objectives of Deaf Missions is to make the Scriptures available for every Deaf person – in their own native, heart language. There are many different parts to the “machine” that are necessary to complete this objective.
One of the most hard-working parts of the machine is our Deaf Missions Training Center (DMTC). Exciting things are happening there! Did you know that we have six students who are graduating from the DMTC this month? Of the six graduates, three are already working with our Bible translation team. One will be fulfilling his call as a pastor in New York. Another will be working as a community relations specialist for a Deaf organization in his home state, and one will be returning home to work with Deaf teens. This is an exciting moment for the DMTC, where we strive to see our students excel and respond to God’s call to Christian ministry.
It is your support – through prayers and finances – that has made the DMTC possible! And with your continued support, even bigger things can and will be accomplished!
