April Garcia serves as the Director of Advancement for Deaf Missions, where she leads strategic efforts to expand impact, build meaningful partnerships, and secure resources that further the organization’s mission to share the Gospel with Deaf individuals worldwide.
She has devoted her life to faith, family, and service within the Deaf community. Married to her husband, Paco, for 19 years, she is the proud mother of six children—four of whom were welcomed into her family through adoption. Her personal journey has deeply shaped her passion and lifelong commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and ministry. Since 1999, she has faithfully served in Deaf ministry, bringing both compassion and leadership to every role she has held.
In addition to her professional and ministry work, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Christian Counseling, equipping herself to provide deeper spiritual and emotional support to those she serves. Her life reflects a strong dedication to faith, a heart for people, and a calling to make a lasting difference in the Deaf community and beyond.
